What was built
An agent that qualifies new enquiries against the firm's intake criteria, books straightforward matters directly into the calendar, and reads incoming contract documents to extract key dates and parties into the practice management system.
Result: same-day response to every new enquiry, and contract intake time cut from roughly 20 minutes to under 3.
